rootsfactroyxswebRootsfactory Consulting Network

is a network of experts with many years of experience in international consulting and training projects, especially in the context of developing and emerging countries.

We consult international organisations, governments, companies and NGOs on development cooperation with a approach that combines social responsibility, sustainable management and an ecological balance.

Our approach:

The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) demonstrate that fostering prosperity and health on a global level has to go hand in hand with improved educational opportunities, gender equality, a balanced ecosystem, strong institutions and a global partnership for development. The increasing gap between the social strata shows that solid economic growth cannot be achieved without social sustainability. Lack of equal opportunities and economic exploitation are inevitably linked to the social marginalisation of a growing number of people and an increasing risk of radicalisation and violence. These tendencies are often reinforced by the drastic consequences of irresponsible management of resources and the destruction of the environment. The interdependence of these developments has crystallised in recent years more than ever.

Based on this premise, our consulting work takes a multi-level approach: by promoting political and economic participation, providing more and better educational opportunities, and by strengthening civil society actors, we aim at empowering people to seize and generate opportunities, and hence to improve the quality of life in their social environment. At the same time, we consider humans an integral part of the ecosystem. By protecting the climate and through ecologically sustainable management, humans not only safeguard the environment, but also promote the quality of life and security of future generations.
